When asked how he built a business almost exclusively on referral and repeat clients, Michael's answer is simple: honesty.
Honesty goes a long way in real estate and it’s certainly taken Michael a long way in his career. For 13 years, he directed one of the South West's leading real estate firms, and regularly set price records in the region. After building an expansive network of buyers in Perth and beyond, he also brokered many premium off-market sales over the years. In addition, Michael holds a current Triennial Certificate - one of the highest credentials available to real estate agents in WA.
Acting as a trusted advisor, Michael provides knowledge, guidance and advice, as well as a good dash of patience and understanding during what can be an emotional time for his clients. All the while, he works diligently and thoroughly to ensure the very best result is achieved.
After two decades Down South, the Morts have returned to their "home turf" of Perth to be closer to their children, family and friends... and their favourite footy clubs! A former Subiaco WAFL player himself, Michael is looking forward to reacquainting with past players and supporters, and being involved with the club again.
