After 5 years in Sales/Customer Service Supervision in the BPO industry, Dorothy joined Caporn Young as a Leasing Coordinator in 2017 before being offered the International Team Leader role in 2018.
A wearer of multiple hats at CY, Dorothy is renowned for her flexibility and focus, whether it’s in Sales, Leasing, Marketing or HR.
When she’s not giving her time to her team, she’s spending it with her son, taking him out to numerous adventures. When she gets the chance, she loves to catch up with friends to share coffee and a good story.
