Words cannot express how grateful both Nick and I are for your exceptional work over the last few weeks.  Without you, we would not be realising our dream of owning a quarter acre in Mosman Park.

A chance flick through your Caporn Young magazine while in a cafe and we found the property for us.  You showed us through the next day, we put in an offer and then we told you we’d have to sell our townhouse and that we were off on holiday!  You were unfazed and organised everything in the space of a few days. 

Throughout the whole process you have been the consummate professional, flexible, encouraging and have kept us informed every step of the way.

Having had many years of involvement in both the Asset Management and Sales aspects of the Caporn Young Office the obvious choice of an Agent to undertake the sale of 2 properties for us was the Caporn Young Office.

After brief discussion with Steve at the end of month meeting, Team Currie swung into action - a visit to the properties - preliminary price discussion and marketing plan were all finalised.  6 weeks later we have both properties under offer, deposits paid and the sale price right on the mark.

During this period we have not found the need to make one phone call as we were kept totally informed of all contacts and progress, with Simone even meeting me on a Storm Damage repair job to pick up some paperwork.
