Do you love creating a great first impression? Are you friendly and warm, with a professional phone manner, corporate presentation and strong admin skills?

On a daily basis, you’ll be;
- greeting clients, in person and by phone, with amazing service
- managing the Reception area
- processing incoming and outgoing mail
- uploading properties to the internet
- managing stationery, supplies and petty cash
- receipting monies and daily banking
- assisting our busy team with various admin duties

You'll need
- excellent phone and communication skills, both verbal and written
- a positive 'can do'
- willingness to learn and be the best you can be
- to be a team player
- strong computer skills
- minimum 2 years in a similar role
- any Real Estate industry experience is a big plus!
